Any item damaged due to shipping process may be returned for a replacement item.
All items are insured to cover any damage that occurs during the shipping process.
Please contact us so that we can arrange for new item to be shipped upon receipt of damaged item.
 
Any custom item where proof was accepted is not eligible for refund.  
 
Non-custom items are eligible for refund if you contact us within 15 days or receipt of item.  
Refunds will be credited after item is returned in good condition.  Our customers are responsible for return shipping costs of non-custom item returns.
